The mk6 Ford Fiesta Zetec-S was made by Ford from 2002 – 2008 also sporting the same 1.6 16v engine found in the original mk5. They also released a Zetec S TDCi model, 1.6 16v Duratorq TDCi, which has been a popular car for its good fuel economy and also the ability to remap the ECU for good power gains from the engine.

There was also a slight Facelift model to the original from 2005-2008, which included slightly different front and rear lights, bumpers and wing mirrors.

Ford also produced a few ‘Limited Edition’ runs of the Zetec S, The Zetec S ‘Anniversary’ ‘Celebration and ‘Red’ Each came in a different colour, with a unique identity number, as well as a chequered roof. In total 1300 were made, 400 ‘Anniversary’s’ and ‘Celebrations’ and 500 ‘Reds’
